2. Product Categories and Return Methods
2.1 Desks and Office Chairs
Desks and office chairs are eligible for return within the 14-day trial period.
If your return is approved:

We will arrange a free pickup service at your home or office.

The product and packaging must be undamaged and complete.

The product must be fully disassembled and repacked in its original packaging.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
2.2 Standard Products
Standard products may be returned within the 14-day trial period.

The product must be fully disassembled, unused, and in original packaging.

Packaging and product must be undamaged and complete.
Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned product.
3. Bulky Products and Project Orders
We offer a free pickup service for bulky products that can be handled by a one-person pickup service.
However, free pickup does not apply to:

Extra-large office furniture

Large cabinets
-
Sofas
-
Pallet shipments

Office project orders (for example, orders with more than two workstations, desks, or chairs)
These returns require special transport arrangements, and:

Return transport costs will be calculated and charged to the customer in full

We reserve the right to apply return processing charges due to high logistics costs
4. Non-Returnable Products
We do not accept returns for:

Second-hand products

Returned products resold as such

Showroom models

Any product not considered 100% new and original
